This very well equipped apartment of 60 square meters is located on the
ground floor of an extension of the house.
It consists of
one bedroom, a living room with a comfortable bed sofa, a shower bath and a
kitchen with dining table.
Avail yourself of our free internet access per WiFi.
An utility room with washing
machine, dryer, iron and ironing board is provided on the
ground floor of the house .
These devices are available
to all our guests and can be used free of charge.
Bed linen and towels will be provided on request.
There are 2 private parking spaces in front of the house ( with costs and only on request ) or free parking in the street nearby
This apartment has a bed sofa, allocation up 4 people is possible
There are amenities as automatic shutters, a large flat-screen TV with few English channels
(News, Eurosports) and Internet access per
WIFI.
The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, electric hob with cooker hood, oven, microwave, kettle,toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and of course plenty of crockery.
The spacious bedroom has two single beds with very
comfortable high quality mattresses and adjustable bed
bases, ensuring superior sleeping comfort.
There is plenty of space
for an aditional bed or a cot.
RATES
We have included the considerably
increased energy costs in our daily rental prices.
Nevertheless, we ask our guests to be careful not to waste
energy.
