Holiday home for short and also long lets - ideal for commuters

 

The house " UNI Koblenz " is located in a traffic calm street in the district of Koblenz-Metternich. This is an apartment building with one rental- and three holiday apartments. All apartments were in 2012 and 2013 completely renovated and newly furnished.

Two apartments consist of a bedroom, a living room with an additional sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with dish-washer and a shower in each bath room. The third apartment has two bedrooms, a living room, which can easily be used as a bedroom and also a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and a shower- bath.

For general use there is on the ground floor of the house an utility room with washing machine, tumble-dryer, iron and ironing board.

Parking is available in front of the house.

During the warmer months you may also like to use the courtyard to relax.

The name of the house arized by reason of the striking distance ( 400m ) to the University of Koblenz -Landau.
But the also the nationally known Bundeswehr hospital is only max. 1 km away. It is about 3.5 km to the center of Koblenz, by car and by publicbus,  which stops nearby, you comfortably reach the historic part of Koblenz  in a few minutes.

Shopping facilities are also near the house.

All around you also have many options for recreation :
To the river Moselle and the beach bar " Stadtstrand " you  walk only a few minutes. There is also a large bowling and fitness center with spa area within walking distance. In addition to some nice restaurants in Metternich, there is a long-established restaurant with bowling alley nearby.
The popular kart-track of Koblenz is just 2 km away.
